Cookies & Cream

Cookies & Cream is a black thermal dip powder that changes from black to a cream colored dip powder when the temperature reaches 86°. It's an incredibly sensitive warm thermal, and we take no responsibility for how many times you look at your nails throughout the day! Fair warning, though...you WILL look at your nails at least 1,000 times a day when you're wearing this awesome color changer.

*If you love the look of an ombré but haven't been able to quite master the technique yet, thermal dip powder is the key!
